We wanted to prove that Interior Design can successfully work in synergy with the space. Well designed furniture placement is able to make more space, instead of taking it away. Driven by the call for optimization, all pieces are carefully orchestrated to work together as a single organism which breathes life into the space. Simplicity in Design.
The Spaces of Casa Fi
Open Kitchen & Living
Designed as the social heart of the home, the open kitchen and living area embrace both openness and verticality. Full height glazing floods the compact footprint with natural light, while the exposed concrete ceiling enhances the feeling of generous volume. Bespoke cabinetry, carefully selected materials, and a restrained palette create a seamless living environment that feels spacious, functional, and effortlessly connected to the outdoors.
Bedroom
Rather than separating the bedroom from the living space with solid walls, an interior glass partition preserves privacy while maintaining openness and light throughout the home. This transparent intervention enhances the sense of volume and allows the architecture itself to become the defining feature of the interior. Soft materials and carefully balanced finishes introduce warmth, creating a restful retreat within the compact floor plan.
Bathroom
The bathroom combines raw architectural character with a refined material palette. Rich blue tiles introduce depth and warmth, contrasting beautifully with the exposed concrete ceiling that celebrates the home's structural honesty. Clean lines, integrated fixtures, and carefully considered lighting create a calm, contemporary space where every element contributes to a sense of understated luxury.
Open Balcony
Extending the living space beyond the interior, the open balcony serves as a natural continuation of the home's architecture. Large glass doors dissolve the boundary between inside and out, inviting daylight and fresh air deep into the living areas. Despite the home's compact footprint, this seamless indoor outdoor connection creates a remarkable sense of openness, offering a tranquil space for relaxation while reinforcing the airy character of the residence.
